That was a one-time thing. Should've brought that up before.

Xatu won't fly Skylar without the move Fly from here out. He flew Skylar to the lab as a way for him to actually arrive there and get his starter and dex.

Now that I think about it, maybe Xatu will leave after starters are obtained...
