Most of you begin the trek down the road to the tower, many of you looking into the forest and for the most part seeing nothing, except for the dim light of a torch in the distance to the left of the road. The Goliath, eager to serves his god attempts to run forth to claim glory and do the will of Torm, but he is ultimately slowed down by his armor and pack, though managing to take the lead of the group. What everyone does notice, is a large trail of broken trees leading to the very tower you were all heading towards. Except for Jakyn, Jakyn is looking directly at the ground and believes that something seems fishy about it, you go teach that dirt a lesson Jakyn. The monk, Norrlia, spots addition tracks in the path of toppled over trees and concludes what beast had been heading that way. Whether or not she would tell the group was up to her. However, there is shifting in the nearby bushes, Graham had known something was waiting for some time on the road and it had ruined the creature's surprise. Instead, it ran off, whatever it was, it was a big creature that was simply to obstructed by foliage to know what it was. Meanwhile, Kosara made her way through the forest on her own, while there were no messages left for her, there something off about the the forest. It felt more strange and foreign than her home, however, she did not have time to ponder about this fact as she came across a sleeping creature. It was a giant owl, and upon closer inspection, it was not sleeping and it was in fact staring right at her. Yet, it did not seem to notice her and instead turned its head to another direction, that is where Kosara spots an area on the creature’s wing that has a large noticeable gash, fresh blood leaked from the wound and painted the Snow White owl feathers a crimson read. >Kosara must make a perception check. Success As astute as Kosara is, she managed to notice a centipede approaching the own from the brush. It is not a normal centipede though, this one easily puts the common bug to shame in it’s size. It looks as if the centipede is stalking the owl. >What will Kosara do?
