I'm kind of the other end of the spectrum on the Flash (or with [@Sep]).  To me, the better stuff tends to be when the Rogues (who are each individually solid characters) are utilized properly and tend to be better stories than those involving reverse flashes and rival speedsters.

I've felt it as one of my chief criticisms of the tv show that they lean too muh on speedsters as villains.  Especially considering what the comics have shown us.
