[indent]Standing at about [abbr=5'7”]170 centimeters[/abbr], Saimoto Mitsuko is a tall girl, or at least on paper she is. Mitsuko was decidedly shorter when she left Junior High School, so for her first year at Fujioka is a decidedly obvious new experience coupled with new changes. Mitsuko's hair, often put in a loose ponytail, is a shade of pink that is similar to that of sakura blossoms. There are some occasions where Mitsuko lets her hair loose, but generally she feels socially unnerved by being any sort of attention (unless its on the field). One will find Mitsuko trying her best to “fit” into a crowd. With her newfound growth spurt this may no longer be easy.[/indent]

Her father reminds her constantly that she abandoned both of them when push came to shove. This reminder fills Mitsuko's thoughts as her father continues to work overseas leaving her in charge of the household in his absence. The sort of isolation created from the experience is daunting, but Mitsuko is confident in keeping a straight head and focusing on what she cares about; though she would be lying if she said she didn't envy her friends who had family to come home to every night after school.[/indent]
