I said I'd do a write-up of my thoughts on each and every character. Sometimes I wish I didn't say these things.
Hiroki's fun. I didn't think much of him in the original run, but in this incarnation he's showing a lot more personality (probably in part due to the situation he was put in) and has some amazing internal dialogue. I kind of love seeing this guy over-react to every single thing, and I kind of want to see the contrast between him and some of the other cast members. I think he jives pree well with the crew. Prolly a murderer tho. 7/10, needs more lewd

So this is kind of awkward because it's my own character. Truth be told, in both this and the original run I don't feel as if they're that interesting yet. The problem is that I only get to show off half the character at the start, and there's pretty good reasons why I want to start off with Taka over Taya. I wouldn't blame anyone for not thinking too highly of them at the moment. I'm also not confident in their suvival chances past like, chapter 3 maybe -w-' 5/10, needs more screentime.

Personal bias leads me to kind of adore Ayu. I think she's a really fun character to put into contrast with everyone else as she'll be pretty deadpan 90% of the time. I don't have much to say about her other than that, though. Interestingly, I feel like in terms of personality I'm still doing worse on her than I did on Ando and currently as I am doing on Momoe, but that's because these two are also a lot more pronounced. More on Momoe when I get to her though. Savo mentioned Ayu could be like a Kyoko type, and while I see it, I doubt Serious is going to let her live all the way to chapter 6. I see her being a carry to at least 4, tho. 7/10, will prolly get rekt first chapter to prove a point.

I definitely like Lilly more now than I did in the original run, even if on a surface level she didn't change that much. While having a voice might help, it feels like Vocab's writing her a lot more animated than she was in the previous run, where everything felt pretty stilted. She definitely doesn't act like a robot anymore. I think she'll jive well with the cast, but also act as a bit of a spanner in the works. Interested to see where she goes, don't see her living tho. 7/10, needs to watch more 'My life as a teenage robot'

Aurel's great. He's the perfect straight-man in this cast of weirdos. He definitely feels like the most 'normal' person in the crew despite having a more fantastical talent. It's a pretty neat contrast, honestly. I like he's not without flaws though, as he's been shown to impulsively steal in the previous incarnation and is likely to do it again here. I see him as a definite survivor type that gets along well with pretty much everyone in the cast. He's our local Hajimeme. Also, y'know, he seems like one of two characters that's actually somewhat competent in dealing with Snow's shit. 8/10, needs to train as the ship's captain a little more.

Snow's hilarious. She acts like this deadpan, got-my-shit-together ice-queen but in reality she's anything but. Easily flustered, prone to saying dumb stuff and amazingly impulsive, this character is a total riot to see in action. Easily one of my favorites on those merits alone, and I'm not sure how much of it is intentional. I like how almost none of the cast seems equipped to deal with her shit too, as that can only lead to further hilarity. I'd be shocked if she wasn't a survivor, or at least a key cornerstone in whatever chapter 5 would bring. 9/10, needs to start expanding the scope of her harem.

I like Hibiki! I really do. He's one of the most calm individuals in the group and that works in his favor, as his almost too relaxed reactions to everything around him make him pretty entertaining to read. He's got a unique perspective on things rivalled only by that of Ayu, only he's actually got a leg-up in empathy. If Aime didn't have three characters, I could see this guy making it far. Currently, I see him as living up to chapter 3 or 4. 8/10, needs more chill.

Actually, screw it, Aime's got fun characters in general. Ryuma exudes so much personality from just his interaction with Snow, and it's really easy to get a good grasp on him by the way he's written. I really don't have much to say on him other than 'this guy is really solid.' He's got good synergy with the cast and seems like a 'love or hate him' kind of guy with his personal relations. He'd also make a good survivor, in my eyes. He looks like he could make for a pretty 'average' guy in the class trial, sometimes right, sometimes rebuked, but never overly ridiculous and always contributing. 8/10, needs to get the thief talent to truly steal away the ship.

Maiya's adorable and everyone knows it. She shows a surprising amount of character from her few posts and seems like a genuine cinnamon roll that's hard to hate and easy to love. Best girl material right here, folks. On a more serious note though, her talent feels like a bit of an odd choice considering the personality, but I'll wait to see how it plays into her character before making any final judgements on that. I also feel conflicted on where to place her in the survivor rankings. On one end she feels much to nice to be a survivor, but on the other I can't see her as a victim or blackened either. She's in a weird spot in that regard. If she goes out tho, it's probably either chapter 2 or chapter 4. 7/10, needs to get away from Shirou.

I don't have a read on this guy. His personality section is all about how stubborn and relentless he is, but currently, we don't have much of anything for him to be stubborn about. He seems like a reasonable individual, but I'm thinking he needs a lot more time to develop properly. His talent seems like a bit of a misnomer, but considering we haven't seen much of anything regarding it yet, I'm willing to give it a pass for now. Definitely not a bad character, though. If he isn't dead in chapters 2 or 3, I can see him being as survivor. 6/10, needs more dead bodies.

FFFFFFF- Okay. I really don't like Emiya for all the reasons not pertaining to his IC posts. I've made it clear I loathe the copy/paste job of his FC and name, which is enough for me to rank him a 0/10 outright and call it a day. For fairness' sake, though, I'll pretend like I don't absolutely want him deleted and give him a fair shot based on the writing he's shown IC. Which, to vocab's credit, isn't half bad. He's definitely showing the better side of himself for now and seems like a helpful individual. Shirou seems like a leader figure that could really draw the cast together. Which is also why I think he's doomed to die in chapter 1, full stop. Even without taking my bias into account, it's almost too good. Characters that seem important on a surface level are usually the ones killed, just look at Sayaka and Byakuya 2 Electric Boogalu for a point of reference. I think he's a good victim or blackened, either or, to really drive home the killing game into the cast. Shame he's not original in the slightest. 0/10, needs less ripoff. Pretend score is 7/10.

Honestly really dull for now. I just haven't seen nearly enough of this character, but she seems pretty bog-standard as she is right now. I need to see waaaaay more of this character in order to make any solid judgements. 5/10, needs more everything.

Actually kind of liking this guy. It's fun to see someone thinking of it as getting hazed, and he's playing the part really well. We haven't seen too much of him, but honestly, Ginshi seems like he's a really solid addition to the crew. I can kind of see him surviving. 7/10, needs more judoboi.

I... really don't get the hype around her, honestly. Chikako seems pretty run-of-the-mill to me. Her energy is matched by Lilly and she doesn't seem like a particularly stand-out individual either. I feel like if anyone is a disposable, character, it feels like it's Chikako? Iunno, maybe Serious will surprise me with her down the line. For now tho... 5/10, needs more best girl polls

Naomi's alright. Hasn't done too much yet, pretty average individual. I feel like this is a character that, again, needs more screen-time to really get the ball rolling. Unfortunately though, I also feel like she's kind of a chapter 1 sacrificial lamb. She doesn't stand out hard enough to go very much past that point to me. We'll see where everything goes, though. 6/10, needs more of Aime's begging to be let into the cast.

I need to remember she has only one eye. I also think I'm doing pretty well with her disregarding that fuck-up. I feel like I'm doing a decent enough job in letting her personality shine through in the way she interacts with the cast, and I feel like she'll be a real shit-stirrer in them. I think Momoe has the potential the make it further than Taka/Taya in terms of cast dynamics and screen-time, she definitely feels more 'important' to me compared to them. I could be wrong though and she's the worst character I've ever written, iunno. 7/10, needs to learn that smoking kills you.
