[@CaptainSully] I briefly glanced through your artifacts, for the moment I am going to rule on two of them.

Jason Voorhees is rejected. All companions must be an animal, it can be mechanical, organic, or a cyborg. Think of it like the dog from Fallout it doesn't count as a companion when you are trying to do use the [url=https://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Lone_Wanderer_(perk)#Notes]Lone Wanderer perk[/url].

The Omni-Shield is approved, because it is nothing more than one particular function of the Omni-Tool which my character already has. You don't have to limit it to just the Shield.
