Penelope looked up at him. “I guess so.” She said with a small smirk. “Though you might want to figure out your anchor point. It’s the point where you draw the bowstring back to. I use my chin, some archers use their eye, mouth, nose.” She explained listing off what she could recall. The knight gave a small shrug. “They all work so you just have to figure out what works best for you.” She eyed his posture for a moment, making sure it was correct. Penelope flashed him a challenging grin. “Alright, let’s see how your first shot goes.” She said eagerly. She moved to stand back slightly as he prepared to take his first shot. The first shot of the bow tended to never be anyone’s proudest moment. She recalled the arrows flying past the targets or barely even leaving the bow because the knight hadn’t pulled the string back far enough. She recalled launching her own first arrow nearly fell flat due to her previous inability to fully draw back the string.
