Name: Lucius Tiberius Titles: Caesar, Sword Emperor Class: Saber Gender: Male Birth and Death Dates: Arthurian Era Alignment: Runaway Neutral Personality: A tyrant who is steeped in his own arrogance and yet acknowledges it to the utmost. A monster who laughs in ecstasy in the midst of a battle to the death. To control the continent, you have no choice but to subjugate all things in return for your allies who impose on the heavens. The innocent lives who are born being loved, the cruel lives who reap them like the plants on the battlefield, it’s all the same. Virtue, cruelty, all of it is in the palm of his hand. The king is a god on earth, an eternal being. Bio: The great Roman Emperor who conquered all lands and raised an army of the world over to conquer Britain. A true freak who equaled gods and dragons with nothing more than human effort, effortlessly trouncing that man touted to be the ‘strongest under sunlight’ and his ilk. In a battle with the Red Dragon of Britain, he found himself the stronger of the two far and away, but was nonetheless struck down by that peerless holy sword. In practice, the Servant is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title the Servant a 'Magus Killer'. Riding: B Most vehicles and animals can be handled with above average skill, even vehicles that did not exist in the time period one was alive in, for they are no exception. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasmal Species such as Monstrous Beasts.
Personal Skills
Imperial Hegemony: EX A personally-forced mutation of the Personal Skill “Imperial Privilege”. Rather than the ability to acquire skills without the standard justification, this refers to an ability to “dominate”. The most characteristic ability of Saber’s. It is an ability which nears the realm of an Authority, but is born from nothing more than human will. Put simply, this allows for one to “dominate anything”, from living beings in a way one might expect from bearers of Extraordinary Authority, to the spiritual pulse of the land itself. It would not be an exaggeration to call this skill “Saber himself”. Incitement: B+ The acquisition of the words and gestures to lead many of the masses/citizens. Especially in the case where it is employed against an individual, it functions as some sort of mental attack. The biting tongue of Saber drives others to accept his challenges, exhibiting its full potential against those who he recognizes as worthy opponents. Brachium Ex Gigas: - The locus of Saber’s nature as a combatant. Despite being a mere human, Saber fought on par with and even exceeded the combat might of a dragon that had become a man. Saber’s Saint Graph is capable of far and away exceeding the limits of a human’s body with ease, and indeed, even the limits on his initial Saint Graph may be surpassed. At the same time, this is the sublimation of Saber’s combative ability, covering all things from his instincts which have stepped into the realm of precognition to his methodology of inviting failure on the part of his opponent. It was through this that he, a mere man, was capable of utterly besting that dragon-turned-man and the entirety of his knights in skill. Military Synergy: A++ A mutation of the skills Military Tactics and Strategy. Even outside of his combat power, Saber was renowned as a genius of strategy and tactics, and spearheaded an allied force of all classes, including the kings of Greece, Africa, Spain, Egypt, Babylonia, and Bithynia. He utilized human soldiers, magi of countless different foundations and cultures, and various supernatural beings all as natural interlocking parts of a whole. In other words, his true strength as a strategist and tactician is in two parts. First, understanding one’s abilities, regardless of how foreign they are to himself. Second, understanding how to mesh them with similar contradictory theories into a cohesive whole. If he were a magus, it might be possible to revolutionize entire foundations overnight. This was a common sentiment among those magi under him.
Florent
Abhorrent Emperor’s Sword
Rank: A++ Classification: Anti-Unit (Self), Anti-Unit, Anti-Fortress Range: 1-99 Max Targets: 1000 A demonic sword and a brother of the king’s sword, Clarent. A blade that symbolizes one’s “absolute rule”. In other words, a wielder of Florent can be said to be deemed worthy of the blade as one who rules, and indeed the blade is a manifestation of that “rule” as a king, with all the resulting benefits of such. In Saber’s case, this has further synergized with his nature as one who dominates. That is to say, in the case of all checks regarding Saber’s “Imperial Hegemony”, the success rate is implicitly doubled. Florent is originally a symbol of life which is said to grant its wielder the protection of the Mother Goddess Flora. However, in Saber’s hands it has been twisted from a lily which represents life to a blood-stained lily which represents death. The nature of a Mother Goddess is both one who gives life and one who metes out death; thus, the divine protection of Flora has been twisted accordingly into a divine destruction. That is to say, each strike of the blade is one that brings death, penetrating through defenses and carrying the primal curse of destruction inherent to the cycle of the Mother Goddess. With the release of the true name, the wielder’s arrogance is converted into magical energy, released as a slash of crimson light. Though, in order to exceed the strength of A+, energy from a source extrinsic to Saber or the Master is required. Moreover, Saber is reluctant to utilize this aspect of Florent as he takes no pleasure in dealing with enemies as such, and indeed only called upon it once in life, against that holy sword forged in the heart of the planet. Florent
Radiant Emperor’s Armor
Rank: A Classification: Anti-Unit (Self) Range: 0 Max Targets: 1 Saber’s armor. Originally, the armor belonged to the Trojan Hero Hector, but it is said that, through unknown machinations, Saber acquired it in life. However, the armor of the hero Hector is nothing of particular note, and indeed does not deserve to be called a Noble Phantasm on its own, merely possessing armor class of equivalent numerical value. Due to the accumulated years and “story” possessed by the armor, though, in tandem with its lack of defined color, it has become a perfect vessel for other meanings. In Saber’s case, as his demonic sword has shunned half of the cycle of the Mother Goddess, that very half has instead been housed in this armor. In other words, one could consider the sword and the armor two parts of the same whole. Granting Saber the divine protection of the Mother Goddess Flora, the armor protects him from harm, and repairs sustained damage, status effects, curses, and the like through rewinding of Saber’s localized time. Effects undone in such a fashion are then treated as “fertilizer” for Saber’s own Saint Graph, as per the nature of a Mother Goddess. This should be understood to not be the power of the armor itself, but rather a miracle granted by Flora. Through the true name release, the rank and classification change, making it possible to extend this protection and giving rise to an untarnished field of flowers, but it seems that use in such a fashion is wholly antithetical to Saber’s ideals. Naturally, the same holds true for any sort of conjoined use of his Noble Phantasms.
