[indent]Penny's costume is a little sultry for one to be a hero. Her costume is a dark green color and resembles a leaf that covers up the front of her body up to her shoulders but her back is out and showing. Penny has no choice to place leggings on, which is green as well along with her green heels. She also has a mask that's made to look like a leaf and is also green.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u][b]Chlorokinesis[/b][/u] - Also known as Plant Manipulation, Penny can shape and manipulate plants. This includes vines, parts of the plants such as leaves, seeds, and flowers. Penny can cause plants to grow, move or attack and even rise from the soil. He can even revive withered or dead plants, too.[/indent][/indent]

[indent]Limitations: Penny isn't able to create plants because he's only able to manipulate them. His ability is powerless if there's nowhere for plants to grow or no plants around. Fire and Ice make his ability an issue and he's only able to control certain types of plants.[/indent][/indent]

[indent]Penny has been active for about two or so years now. The only thing she is really notable for is whenever a villain with similar abilities to hers wrecked the plantation and she was called in to get rid of them. She is even notable for a few small events but rarely mentions them to anyone.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=#238D25][b][u]Origin Story[/u][/b][/color]
[indent]Penny had a really good and pleasant life growing up, as well. The neighborhood she grew up in was gated and her parents raised them to be a proper young woman. At such a young age, Penny liked nature and often read nature books along with plant life and matter books, too. She was drawn to the plant life around her and even tended to her mother's garden whenever she couldn't. Though, most of the time, she did not know what she was doing but still managed to keep it looking neat and clean.

When she got just a little bit older, her father managed to get her greenhouse so that she could produce her own plants and whatever else she wanted to produce in there. The first day she was in the greenhouse was also the last day she saw her father. He had left to go deliver some products on his truck delivery and the next day, the police showed up and told her along with her mother that he was in a terrible accident. It took the officer a while to tell them that he had passed as she cried heavily for a few days.

So, now it's only her and her mother, whom she tries her best to make sure is safe by any means. Her abilities, which manifested whenever she was seven years of age, and her father's death, has caused her to see the world a little bit differently, which is a reason why she became a hero.

She not only wants to save innocent people but the world, as well.[/indent][/indent]
