Lucilia possibly, she’s got some business down there running Underhaven, but it’s actually Barthen himself is usually the go between for Underhaven and business for the Frontier Town. Bookie just keeps tabs on the mine and other legitimate businesses.

As for other traders in general not really. The Torag temple does most of the smithing works but there are a few smiths who aren’t really part of the temple but still do most of their crafts there. But they’re more specialized labor stuff like stone masons, jewelers, carpenters, that sort of thing.
