Well that could have gone slightly better. Oh well, no need to push the issue. Seemed they had another guest. Turning her head slightly, Livia cast a glance to who this new comer was. Her face immediately twisted into an expression of disgust, if only briefly.

Thoughts of trying to get on friendly terms with Maeda left her mind as Katherine walked up and introduced them both. She even had the audacity to hug her! Of course, Livia did nothing. She couldn't do anything, not without hurting her chances of getting both information on the mines and potentially a job from Maeda. She swallowed her words as best she could, following Maeda into her office.
