Race: Human turned Spirit Sex: Male Notable Belongings: Lantern Backstory: Everyone who knows of the fall of the Axiom Empire knows of the infamous Chain Warden. The cruel monster who tortured countless innocent souls locked away unfairly in his hellish underground prison. He foremost served as the King's advisor, little by little driving him to madness and paranoia. In time the King went completely mad, imprisoning people at random. With the rising influx of prisoners at the time, the prison expanded from the underground inner castle to the outter walls until it ultimately reached the size of the city, a literal hell beneath not even 6 feet deep. The cries of the tortured echoed throughout the prison, into the sewers and up, spreading through the city streets. A cacophony of tortured souls. The Chorus of the Damned. With the expansion of the underground prison, a lot of the working and fighting force were moved to keep it functional, that left holes in the production rate and diminished the military power of the country until the enemy was at the gates. The constant screams and moans of pain put the citizens in a perpetual state of panick until they could take it no longer. The constant distress along with the invaders trying to break in the gates, they started a massive revolt and swarmed the undefended castle doors, slaughtering everyone inside. While all this was taking place on the surface, underground The Warden was only focused on one thing, torturing his latest victim uncaring for the doomed kingdom. But unbeknownst to him, his guards had other plans. Going through every cell, multiple guards started off at the periphery of the prison complex going from cell to cell breaking every lock on their way leading to the center where The Warden was located then climbing up top and locking the gates behind them. "You deserve all of them, monster!" Seconds passed when the swarm of limping, moaning flesh e.erged from the East wing of the prison, then the west, then the north, until every exit was covered by walking dead. He might have killed them inside, left them less than human, but it was that monstrosity that he created, now that he had to face. No empathy in their eyes, only hate, despair, anguish and a deep hunger for revenge. It was gore galore. In the end, all that was left of his mangled meat and bone, was mush between the chain links used to bludgeon him to bits. The other parts were in the stomach of the damned. Just as the invaders breached the gates, the rebels killed the king and just as the damned finished off the Warden, at that moment the Gods Died and the whole world followed the chaos that had befallen The Axiom Empire.
