Dieselpunk chuckled a bit as Verd put his arms around herself and Aya. [color=a187be]"You're a few years too young to be tussling with me,"[/color] she joked. Being a woman in the crime world, Dieselpunk was used to unwanted advances, and given Verdrehte's age, she took it in stride. Besides, the thought of partnering up with him had crossed her mind; usually when she incorporated a vehicle into her body, she kept the cockpit or driver's seat intact, and having someone 'ride' her, taking care of console functions that she was too busy to deal with, would give her added utility. Given Verd's physical malleability, she wouldn't have to be so worried if she morphed in a way that the cabin collapsed, as he would probably be able to escape unscathed.

But White Skull's reprimand cut off further thought on the matter. White Skull. It was a name Dieselpunk had heard whispered throughout the underground. On the one hand, she felt she should be honored to be working with him, on the other hand, she felt a little apprehensive, like she was out of her league, like she and her group were suddenly expendable.

She decided to focus on the plan. So no absorbing the trucks, since they needed those to escape. However, based on what White Skull was saying, Dieselpunk hoped that there would be a 'construction zone' or a 'war zone' area where she could really shine. Eager to try her hand against hero trainees, she hopped into a truck as well.
