Also I have another question. Specifically, why is it all written from the perspective of some third party organization, but said organization isn't Joanna's Patron? It's not a problem it just seems weird that you'd go to the trouble of writing a CS from the perspective of some sort of government organization without indicating how you plan to factor it into the RP.
