Don't know if it'll help, but try considering the point of view of some notable villains that you may have read in a book or seen in a movie or encountered in a video game--just one you may know from some form of fiction. Put yourself in their shoes and try to envision their perspective within their particular stories. Either that or just try to let loose and embrace that feeling that lets you know you're doing something wrong. Embrace it and then tell it you don't give a shit. Then start writing lol.
