Mephiles just stands there, letting you hug him. "...I can't bring him back... he's gone..." As you're hugging him, he shoots you up with Chaos. Since he made this body, capable of a larger energy recovery without tearing asunder, his Chaos has gained in power. His Chaos begins exterminating the Black Blood, creating new blood to take it's place.
