You can see the map fine since Darc isn’t trying to hide it, but it just looks like a map of the town that townhall gives to new visitors with some stuff written on it. You’ll need to make an investigation  check to get some sort f an idea of what the language written on the map is, since it’s entirely in infernal. 

As for the sense motive, you definitely know she’s got shenanigans planned, likely involving whatever it is that the group is preparing for now. You definitely know that Selene is just messing with you however, wanting you to try and call her out or otherwise have a very extreme reaction to her words so her crew could make fun of you for overreacting. The way she words and says things makes it vaguely threatening, but ambiguous enough for both of you to know that it could be entirely harmless. 

She’s basically bored and banking on Shem’et to try and act tough or smart mouth her so she can talk shit and occupy her time until Lucilia comes back.
