[@MagusMorgant] The CORE gives abilities to those who come in direct combat with it, along with the people who don't. It can tap into a person's prana flow and give them abilities without them realizing it. However, the ones who have come in contact with the CORE are Imperial soldiers and those are stronger than the common magus.
