IC is up! Shorter than what some thought it may be as well lol. So, after you've read it, you'll understand the situation. Feel free to respond however you guys feel. As I said before, I'll try to dynamically react to what you decide to have your characters do and this will be a true collaborative experience. 

Since the targets in my post are non-essential, you guys as the players are allowed to have free control of them for your scenes. The only thing I ask is that no one stop the chase just yet. Beyond that, have fun! Can't wait to see what you guys come up with.
