Your character isn't involved with anyone else other than Luna and we don't have post rotations or anything similar. You are free to reply whenever you want.

How? Your character went into the restaurant, or at least opened the door last time. Luna replied to her actions, all you need to do is reply to my post at the very least.

Both of you have been addressed by Luna before she left the restaurant, which means that you can interact with one another whenever you want. No matter how antisocial your characters may be, the least both of you can do is acknowledge one another's presence and move on from there.
