Likely mentioning Maeda reduced the price slightly. Still...she was more concerned with the fact it'd take up all her gold immediately and she'd almost have nothing left to work with. She could perhaps press her luck and try to get a better deal, but it'd be best not to test ones luck too much.

She hoped the snake venom wasn't [i]too[/i] expensive. She'd just have 5gp left after this, and she was hopefully planning on using that money to potentially hire some help when traveling from here to that village.
