She was born to King Pellinore, a legendary king and knight who once bested the legendary King of Knights in a jousting match, and an unknown woman who Percilla simply knew as "Mother." When Percilla entered the world, her mother was terrified of her future fate. Pellinore's line held a twofold destiny. The first was to eternally chase after the mysterious Questing Beast, a creature with the head of a snake, the body of a leopard, the haunches of a lion and the feet of a deer, until the beast was slain. The second was to send one child from every generation to serve as the guardian of the Holy Grail itself. Mother did not wish this for Percilla, and when Pellinore was killed by a knight in all red armor, she spirited her daughter away to the forest to be raised away from society and civilization. Percilla grew up as a curious, but kind and loving child, with an uncanny knack for befriending animals. One day when she was 15, a group of armored men on horseback. Their leader approached the teen girl and introduced himself as Sir Gawain, leader of these men and one of the Knights of the Round. Percilla was awestruck by their gallantry, their heroism. Gawain himself was a kind and handsome man, but had the air of a seasoned and mighty warrior. When they departed, Percilla's decision was made. She would see herself become a Knight of the Round. She befriended a mare, seeing the men had all appeared riding horses, and rode it back to her cabin. She told her mother that she was leaving, and that should they ever meet again, Percilla would be a Knight. She took a wooden hunting spear and departed for Camelot. When she entered Arthur's court, riding a wild horse and garbed in rags, she was certainly quite the sight. The pompous nobles all either laughed at her or voiced their displeasure at seeing her appear before the king without a summons. However, King Arthur merely watched her. Percilla couldn't take her eyes off of the King. She slowly stepped forward, all laughter dying down and the guards ready to draw blades, when she dropped to a knee and bowed deep before Arthur. Even without knowing the intracacies of society, she felt this person's sovereignty, their right, no, duty to rule Britain. She spoke without rising from her bow, begging to join the ranks of the Knights of the Round. Everyone was taken aback at such a request, save for Arthur and the Knights themselves. At that moment, the Red Knight who had slain Percilla's father stormed into the court. Seemingly in a fit of rage, he cursed the King and stole a single goblet before fleeing. Arthur gave Percilla a single order. "Defeat that man, and bring back both the goblet and his armor as proof, and I shall make you a Knight." With order given, Percilla mounted her horse and took off after the Red Knight. She met him in single combat and defeated him with only her hunting spear. She set to remove the armor, but was ignorant in the fastenings of it. Gawain, the knight she had met, had appeared, telling her that he was sent after her to lend her aid, should the Red Knight prove too powerful an opponent. He was impressed with her capability, her fighting style that was created through improvisation and instinct, as opposed to a form or methodology that was taught to her. He helped her remove the armor, and sure enough, she returned with it and the goblet before Arthur. As promised, the King made Percilla into Sir Percival, Knight of the Round Table, and was, surprisingly, given the second seat. The newly named Sir Percival was given armor to denote her status, as well as a strong and sturdy spear to replace her old one. She cannot be lost in a forest and can commune with and befriend animals as long as they aren't familiars or otherwise obligated to follow the command of another. Destined of the Grail: EX Percilla's father and the family he hailed from were chosen to defend the Holy Grail, her sister served as its vessel, and she herself not only wields a weapon borne of the Grail, but also aided Galahad in finding it, her destiny is truly centered around it. As such she can feel the Grail's pulse, allowing her to locate it through a special sense. Protection of the Faith: A Known as the most pious of all the Knights of the Round and meeting her end in the Holy Land, fighting for Christianity as well as the King of Knights, Percival is granted an incredible resilience against mental interference. She reforged the weapon in the form of a double-sided glaive, the Grail Lancea. She is extremely skilled with this weapon, and that alone makes her an extremely dangerous opponent. However, the glaive becomes an unstoppable force when its power is revealed. Upon invoking the glaive's True Name, it produces a torrent of mana that coats Percival in holy light. She then charges forward and delivers a mighty thrust, temporarily taking on the visage of a shooting star. This thrust is extremely powerful, as the glaive contains a tiny fragment of the power of the Grail.
