He’s got a penchant for getting himself in trouble with his flirtatious nature, or his sarcastic commentary, one or the other. In Yggdrasil, he’s known as a powerful tactician and battle mage, his sharp wits and quick thinking led to him being extremely popular among raiding parties, especially since he wasn’t one to pick on the newer players. He’d usually end up coaching them through the dungeons and raids Background: Jakob Mathias burns was your average middle class American, outside of his love of parties, gaming, and anime, he was as basic as basic could get. When Yggdrasil hit the web, he was all over it, playing it from highschool, all the way into his college years. While it was active, Jakob became revered as a master of the battlefield, PvE, PvP, he did it all, and in expert fashion. He quickly climbed through the many grind filled levels due to his dedication to the game, and his ability to figure out the most efficient method of approaching situations. After mastering both the Wizard and the Fighter jobs, he eventually donned the classes War Wizard, and Armored Mage. He didn’t stop there, he found himself taking on both Ki Master Spiritual, and Physical as well. Eventually he garnered such a balance of physical and magical strength, that during a raid he found a very powerful Divine Item that unlocked a new class, the Disciple Of War and Magic, this being found. The perks of the new class gave him no restrictions on being a Mage who used blades, as the ring gave him access to a new ability. The ability to summon a small selection of melee weapons from a pocket dimension housed in the ring. As of now he only has five of the eight item limit stored. So if a player with only magical abilities gets this item, they now can use melee weapons without a penalty. Will Of The Blades -High-: This necklace allows its user to attune with up to five blades, giving the user telekinetic control over the weapons, this is limited up to 15 yards away and does not increase damage in anyway, shape, or form. Armor Of Ruination -Relic-: The Armor Of Ruination doesn't seem like the armor of a warrior, and that's because it isn't. It's meant for a battle mage player, as it increases Spell damage and resistances alongside his Physical damage and defense. The Four Blades Of The Apocalypse -Legendary-: These are the four blades that represent the end times, a blade wreathed in fire and drenched in blood, War becomes more powerful as the fight goes on. Famine eats away at the armor and weapons of an enemy, whittling away the durability of equipment. Pestilence adds a toxin debuff that increases the damage of other poison spells used on the target. Death, the final of the four blades, grants an ability known as Execution, an ability that when its threshold is met, guarantees the end of a foe. Cloak of Adaptation -Top-: This black cloak augments a warriors defensive abilities, when its wearer is struck in combat, its wearer gains a 25% reduction to either magical or physical damage for 15 seconds. After which it enters a 60 second cool down. [/hider] [hider=Abilities] Ability Boost -: a 10% stat boost, not very much, but seeing as its an all around buff for the user, it can make quite the change. Cost of War -Delayed?-: This spell is affected by the duration one is in combat, this marks a target with a debuff, the longer the effect is on a target, the lower its damage and cast/attack becomes, up to a max of 35% Iron Fist-Activatable-: An ability that increases unarmed damage by 5%, and gives a 25% chance to stagger on hit. Ten Thousand Fists-Delayed-: This ability will remove all positive buffs from its caster, but gives a stacking 5% bonus to Attack Speed and Unarmed Damage, up to 25% Fireball: A basic explosive spell, this ball of fire is sent at a target with a range of 50 meters, and on contact, explodes, dealing half damage in a 10 meter radius Immolation-Activatable-: Marks a target with a burning Damage Over Time effect. Deals 2% of targets max health as damage Illusionary Assault-Activatable-: Conjures 10 Soldier Chi Spirits, these do no damage, and can only take one hit before fading, but on summon, all generate massive threat ((They are aggro pull units)) Phalanx -Activatable-: This summons a group of 5 Chi Spirit Armored Spearmen, do no damage, take no damage, cannot move, but act as a barrier in front of the caster. Lasts 25 seconds before the summon fades. Execution -Delayed-: A very, very simple Martial Art, if a target is below 15% health, they will be marked with a black haze, visible only to allies. When this haze is visible, this skill can be used. It will take a 4 second channel, but when that finishes its game over for the target, as they are rooted, and then executed by a spectral blade. Oblivion -Activatable-: Oblivion is a simple Wide Area of Effect spell that deals large burst damage in a 30 meter circle. Chain Lightning -Active-: As the name says, this spell launches a bolt of lightning that will arc to nearby enemies after hitting its target. Forged by War -Passive-: As a man who has been born on the battlefield, there is little that can deter Solace from victory. He is immune to fear spells, and other mind control spells and illusions are lessened against him. Bombardment: A high tiered spell that rains down small blazing stones over a wide area, much like a catapult bombardment. Must be still to maintain the spell for its duration of 10 seconds. ((Think something similar to a Warlock’s Rain of Fire in WoW Sun Spear -Activatable-: The caster conjures a spear made of pure Sunfire, and throws it at their target, the spear can combust the target, or adds bonus damage if the target is already ablaze.
