[@Dias Blade] I hear ya about the mod related stuff, but the only people who can do any of the heavy lifting code stuff is Mahz. It's like inkarnate says, we really are a community that supports itself. There are some pretty good perks that come from that, but also some nasty cons. 

Once I get done with this writing contest (both submitting an entry and voting), I'll have to put up a thread sometime. I've also gotta make some arena characters too I guess. so it might be a bit. Hue hue.
