I did it because I had to. Most of my family had already casted me aside and my father was trying his best to train me as a knight but I couldn’t rise in rank if I didn’t start making some proper connections.” The knight gave a shrug as she turned her head to look over at him. She gave him a half-hearted smile. “I wanted to repay my father for all he gave me and make my own name as a noble and knight. I think I’ve done a pretty decent job. “Well maybe until the whole falling in love with the most infamous thief of Brerra part.” She added with a soft laugh. Penelope gave him an affectionate look that soon faded as she began to think about the troubles that lied ahead.
