[*] I'm liking the idea of each player intimately knowing at least one other player. They don't necessarily need to know each other in meatspace, but they should be familiar enough such that their relationship amounts to more than "some girl/guy I raided with once". If you get my meaning.
Folks who want to play NPC characters don't necessarily have to fulfill this requirement.
