	Claire stretched her arms as the patrol car was currently parked in one of hte usual parking locations where patrol officers would park during waiting times. They had to patrol after all, but they couldn't be driving non stop all day every day. Currently her partner was out to buy some food stuffs so they can grab a quick meal. It was a nice enough afternoon and she was growing hungry. For that reason she used some charms to convince him to go buy the stuff while she waited in the nice air conditioned car.

	She was currently playing with her mobilephone, checking her email and generally surving the net for a while, but now she was reading a book on psychology and to be more precise a book on the fractured minds. She was starting to read up again on different personalities disorders because she felt like it. Lately she was planning to take the exams for detective. She felt like it was time to gratuate from being a patrol officer and into a cool detective. She'd get some more free time, different hours, better pay and most importantly not having to wear the uniform at all times. Admittedly she liked the uniform, but was feeling sick of it. She had already read up on the law codex, so she was going to go for it soon enough.

	Amelia had spend a good few days of complete chaos at first. It was weird to change your home all of hte sudden like that. The first night at Riley's place she couldn't really sleep and spend the whole night drawing superhero costumes. It somehow ended into costume design for herself and Riley, but she kept her sketchbook secret and didn't show it to anyone since she was embarrassed about it. Especially since halfway through it the costumes had turned from cool and realistic to frilly and adorable like they came from some magical girl anime or something.

	She had woken up somewhat early and after going through her morning routine she didn't really leave her room, not wanting to be a hindrance or the like. She had gotten home late last night because she worked at hte motel cleaning rooms till after midnight, so she was feeling quite tired right now, but she had decided to not sleep in too much today. Especially since Riley had mentioned a friend of hers was going to be arriving today at some point.

	[color=c4df9b]"I'm coming in a moment."[/color] She called when Riley called that the breakfast was ready. Amelia quickly hurried to dress herself proper and left her room to join Riley.[color=c4df9b]" Looks great."[/color] She said with a smile and sat down by her plate taking a few mouthfuls before smiling even more.[color=c4df9b]" It tastes great too!"[/color] Amelia added with a smile, then made a small adorable yawn, took a few sips from a glass of water and returned to the breakfast again.[color=c4df9b]" So did you have a good rest last night?"[/color] Amelia bashfully asked.
