When it comes to ships, I'm fond of the S.S. Spider-Man/Barbara Gordon personally, and not just 'cause I played it for about three minutes forty years ago or whatever. Ultimately, though, if Spidey was ever gonna make it with a fellow super, it'd have to be Kitty Pryde, One Universe be damned. I [i]still[/i] haven't given up on that OTP.
