Sylvie was positively jubilant upon hearing Brandon would indulge her. It had been so long since she'd been able to get someone to go along with her. She was almost bouncing up and down on the spot as she anticipated the confrontation that was to come. Brandon did not disappoint; the moment Sylvie heard the phrase "Phoenix Dumb", she broke out in hysterics once again. It would probably seem beyond juvenile to anyone else, but to Sylvie it was the funniest thing she had heard in a while. The only let down was that Marius wasn't nearly as rankled by it as she had hoped. Again, it was not so much that she desired to see him suffer, but if he wouldn't get worked up, how could he give as good as he got? It was more fun when people traded verbal jousts back and forth. Instead, he offered some calm insight Sylvie couldn't fully understand.

However, whatever the nature of their exchange was or would become, Sylvie had seized upon something stupid and juvenile to be entertained by, and that was all she needed. She started dancing around where she stood, enraptured by the silly insult she had been inspired by. [color=fff200][b]"Phoenix Dumb! Phoenix Dumb! Phoenix Dumb!"[/b][/color] She began chanting loudly and continuously. Anyone that knew her would know she had a tendency to latch on to strange things like this, but anyone that didn't know her would likely think she had gone mad...or that she was several years younger than she appeared.
