First IC post up. 

In other news, I de-leveled Ulfric a bit. I started feeling kinda guilty about jumping straight to the New World cap, and I was having trouble justifying it in my head.

 In terms of story, this probably won't matter, but, in the spirit of cooperation, I feel compelled to be straight up about these things.
