Penelope nodded her head as he agreed to having water. She rose up from where she was seated and over towards their bags. She dug into one of them until she found the canteen. Grabbing it, she headed back over to Crow and noticed that he had poured most of the henbane into the jar. “Let’s just hope I can sneak it in without being noticed.” She mused quietly. Penelope handed him the canteen. “Here’s the water. Hopefully we can find somewhere to refill it on the way back. It should be enough to last us a couple of days though.” She glanced down at the pot and then moved to pull out the dagger from her boot. “So how do you lace it? Do we just dip in into the stuff and let it dry?” She asked curiously. Twirling the dagger in her hand, she moved to sit down besides him. She didn’t have experience with using such a technique so she was rather curious about how it worked. She’d likely find herself in an unfair fight despite, hopefully, having the element of surprise so she’d already guessed she’d be depending on this poison heavily. “Also how long will it last on a blade? Will I only be able to use it in one fight or will there still be some left for me to use in other fights?” She added as more questions came to her mind. Penelope wanted to know as much as she could before the time came for her to use it, however, she also realized she was letting out a flurry of questions upon him. She smiled sheepishly at him. “Sorry about the sudden questioning. I just don’t really have much knowledge on this kind of thing."
