Summoned in Romania, he would be a heroic defender, but outside of Romania, he'd be a vicious invader, going by how many times he's actually spent in history reclaiming his own state and invading others, as well as his nighttime operations.

To supplement that, the biggest changes would be a skill called 'Little Dragon' that serves as a composite of Monstrous Strength and Disengage, the class skill of Presence Concealment, and a Kazilki Bey that allows him to spread his domain through 'bloodshed' or some conceptual hijinks like that, instead of establishing it through Demonic Defender of State or just summoning it straight up from his body.
