[@Lionhearted] Ha!  While she would never demean Lavanya by riding her she does have a Shire her pops gave her as a birthday present.  Besides, Pari would rather do battle in the ballroom than on the killing field.  (Plot twist, Alice and Pari end up together.  pfft)
