[@Girlie1Bomba] Blame the system and how everyone gravitates to Casual. Free and Advanced are rather barren, mainly because most people prefer the section where everyone is. After all, something posted in Casual is likely to be seen by more people since that is simply where the core of RPG is. This has created a "tier-like" system, where you have Low Casual (which is basically Free), Casual, and High Casual (which is more or less Advanced).

Though, regarding everyone's opinions on Low Casual/Casual/High Causal, I imagine that topic is a beaten dead horse now. There was a thread a few months ago that brought the system into light, but I doubt it really went anywhere.
