He dedicated himself to the blade and cold hard cash above all else. He's a man who is true to his won desires above all else, embracing his base desires with no hesitation. Gambling, alcohol, women, but above all else, Okada Izou loves killing. He relishes his title of Manslayer and will have no problems obeying his Master so long as he's allowed to kill. He mocks samurai and their codes of honor, all that matters is the kill in the end.

[i]- Presence Concealment B:[/i] Hides one's presence as a Servant. Suitable for spying. It is possible to disappear completely and become nearly impossible to be detected. The rank of Presence Concealment drops considerably when preparing to attack.

[b][u]Personal Skills:[/u][/b] 

[i]- Manslayer A:[/i] A practical form of swordplay focused on nothing but victory, unsuited for one whose soul seeks out the truth of the blade. Yet that is why it is strong, and so brittle. Against human targets, or even partially human targets, Okada Izou's blade is considered the most deadly. Any wound inflicted by Okada takes significantly longer to heal, resulting in real consequences should a Servant take damage from Okada in battle.

[i]- Eye of the Mind (False) B:[/i] This is a natural talent to foresee/sense and avoid danger on the basis of an innate 6th sense, intuition, or prescience. The accuracy of this instinct can be augmented by experience. The ability also grants an effect of offering resistance against penalties caused by visual obstructions.

[i]-One with the Sword, as Swift and Nimble as a Falcon A:[/i] These words were used to describe Izou's sword when he was still seeking knowledge in dojos during the Edo period. As a heroic spirit, this ideology has evolved to become his entire body. Every inch of his body can be compared to a sword, as even a finger can slice through bone. Essentially making his whole body the lethal weapon he wanted to be in life.

[b][u]Effects:[/u][/b] Manslayer Izou's heretic blade. A noble phantasm that allows him to reproduce any sword technique he's seen before as his own. When summoned, this includes the techniques he remembers from his life, but even after that, by seeing new techniques, it is possible to enhance this even further. 
However, what he can reproduce is limited to swordplay, and only anti-unit skills at that. Those whose techniques depend solely on the characteristics of their noble phantasm may prove impossible to reproduce.
