As Diesel, and Midnight approached the city block they noticed that the area was already full of holes, and damaged training equipment. There were fake cars, lamp posts, and buildings located all around them. It was more or less the traditional city area you'd seen down town. The villains around them looked around and it wasn't long before suddenly in a blur of motion three of the ten villains were knocked on the rear end with a giant rock shape bruise on all of their heads. It didn't last long before that from somewhere ahead of them an arrow landed in front of them and exploded knocking two more of them on their butts dazing them. It would seem there was a speedster among the group at the very least. The boy, or girl wisely got out of dodge quickly enough and the person who shot the arrow had not followed through on the matter probably not to screw with their friend. "Fucking speedy brat!" One of the villains shouted in anger as he shouted loudly in front of them shattering the glass windows, and cars in its wake but it failed to lure out, or stop either of the current opponents.
"Well shit, I was hoping to duke it out with some generic 'brick boy' or something, but it looks like we got a crappy matchup. Oh well, at least they're still stupid enough to engage." In the chaos, Dieselpunk dived towards the nearest car, merging with it. Her attempt to let out her signature engine roar upon merge completion resulted in a noise that sounded like a cross between a wheeze an engine that won't start. "Dammit, this car ain't got gas in it!" Dieselpunk swore. She sluggishly trundled over to another car, merging with it and adding to her mass. "This one neither! SHIT!" Without a source of power, Dieselpunk could still move, but she was significanlty weaker in power. But she was still able to take hits like normal. if nothing else, at least she'd have an intimidating presence that might draw fire from the hero students. She doubted a fast kid with a rock and an archer could really do a thing against her. "Hey dudes, help me like, find a hybrid or an electric car, or something," Dieselpunk called out. Using those types of vehicles let Dieselpunk use the batteries to provide power instead of being reliant on gas she didn't have. It made sense to take all the gas out of the cars due to them being explosive hazards to the students, but batteries were significantly more stable long-term and it was likely that whoever brought these cars here for realism overlooked removing the batteries. "HEY YOU BRATS! THINK YOU CAN TAKE ME ON? IF YOU DON'T SHOW YOURSELVES, WE'RE MOVING TO ANOTHER AREA! BASH IN SOME OF YOUR FRIENDS' SKULLS!" Dieselpunk added the cars' speakers to her own voicebox and projected this threat. She hoped the inexperienced kids would either actually be dumb enough to show themselves, are at least take enough potshots at her, allowing Midnight to triangulate where the projectiles were coming from. "HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!" Dieselpunk started mindlessly plowing through buildings, like MechaGodzilla in a ball-pit, making a big show of her destructive power, and slowly moving in a direction towards some other part of the training area, just to make her threat seem less empty.
