Since Daniel's battle with the wild Rattata was so close and detailed, that Rattata can be at level 9 (just one level below what Twiggy was at the time). Oh, and don't forget to deduct one Pokeball from your inventory when you add Rattata.

I fixed the time issue and pushed it forward a little more to account for the time you've spent searching for Pokemon. And as you see, your search has resulted in an encounter with a wild [i]Buneary[/i]! I added Buneary to the location's description.
