I have a question about medicine and religion in Exodus - I assume the medicine would be in an ancient/medieval state (with leeches and other fun things)? Is there a single religion, or multiple "myths" different people believe in? Since you dont mention it anywhere, I assume there is no "official" religion supported by the ruling family?

Also, I suppose there are also some poor people in Exodus (in the city and surrounding areas), not just the wealthy traders - some farmers, hunters, cleaners, prostitutes, petty thieves and homeless?
