Midoriya slowly dialed the police, looking for the timing to press call, and talk about the situation... as long as nobody would be hurt by this madman in the process. He was hesitant. He remembered how he jumped for Bakugou back before he entered UA, but that was a whole different story. There was no All Might to save them, as far as he knew. There were pro heroes nearby, but he doubted anyone could call them silently. Just when the boy was about to hit call, he saw a red, glowing blade flying towards Nensu.
