She is down to earth, and strong willed when it comes to saving lives. She is energetic and happy-go-lucky, typical of most Australians, and won't leave a man behind. Personal History: Originally, Cindy was drawn to the nursing profession, gaining her RN D-1's at the University of Queensland, but that soon changed with the Russian invasion of South East Asia. Due to the lack of support from other nations, the Australian Government began to issue drafting notices, and she was selected to be a medic in the Royal Australian Regiment, who were subsequently deployed to such regions as Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam towards the end of the Third World War.. Her particular unit was situated in Burma, where she operated in a makeshift hospital treating the wounded air lifted from the front lines. Despite the circumstances, Cindy enjoyed her work, finally getting the chance put her skills to the test, and found it extremely rewarding. Despite the work the hospital did for the local community where it could, the hospital was bombed in an act of terrorism, and hostile forces engaged. Cindy barely escaped with her life, and made her way into the jungle. Because of the sudden exodus, many of the Australian soldiers missed the declaration of the end of the war, and continue to believe that it wages on. Cindy is one of those people, but no longer chooses to fight for the military, instead traveling and helping out villages with what she can with medical treatment, not realizing that the war, in fact, ended. Particular Skills or Talents:She is trained in medical procedures up to the level of a Registered Nurse, Division 1 (able to take blood, use complicated emergency aid equipment, and a moderate understanding of how certain drugs work).
