Swarm left the bar at a steady pace. He ignored the other villains and followed Creep down the street. He maintained a 50 foot distance at all times and closed the gap as she would move faster. He noticed his abilities were back as he manipulated the smoke from his cigarette around himself. 

He was just trying to find out the location of her forward operations. After all, she was now in charge of the Rockers. It was a big responsibility. Swarm just wanted to lighten the load..or that's what he would say if anyone asked.
