Appearance: Elle stands at the height of 5'2" and weighs 98 lbs. She has alabaster skin and naturally brown hair which she dyes white. Her green eyes sparkle along with her wide smile. She has no tattoos or piercings, but there is a long scar on her back from a really terrible fall.

Description: Noelle, more commonly called Elle, is not what most would call 'normal.' In truth, she is just a very whimsical person. She is very much a go with the flow kind of gal. She enjoys doing just about anything as long as it isn't aggressive or rude. Her favorite thing to do though is put a smile on peoples faces. Elle is the kind of girl who'd run out in a downpour and twirl around singing to the world. Many view her as someone without a care in the world, but that isn't quite right. Sure, she may just one day pack her bags and journey the world, but not without asking her friends to come along first, and if they so happen to want to, they could easily convince her to stick around. Elle does have dreams she wishes to accomplish one day. First, she wants to see the world and experience what it has to offer. Then Elle wants to settle down. No idea where but she likes the idea of a small cozy cabin deep in the woods and running a music store in the closest town with anyone who'd like to join the ride.

Brief Backstory: Originally from England, Elle arrived in the small town within New South Wales a few years back without any rhyme or reason. Mostly she stayed hidden away in her home in which violin playing could be heard from. She was rarely seen out and about unless there was some town-wide event going on. It was almost certain she'd find some poor soul to practically attach to for the day. But as she wasn't overbearing most just put up with her. There is one other thing that brings her out of her home. Every other weekend she goes to the local library to read stories to any children that decide to come. Elle may not be what some would call 'normal,' but that may just be because she has a child's spirit living inside her.

Miscellaneous Info: She moved to the town after she graduated high school so approximately three to five years ago.
She has an outside source of money from somewhere. (If asked she'll answer. Don't worry. It makes sense.)
Some of the kids of the town know her fairly well and consider her like an older sister.
