[@Ashgan] Ahoy there! AI are very much a part of everyday life, and some of the more advanced units are verging on sentience (think EDI from Mass Effect.) Tech, augmentations, and the like are fully-intergrated into society. Anti-cyborg groups, such as the neanderthals, exist on a small scale, but both the media and government are puppets of Osi-Corp, so those who stand in opposition to the synthesis of man and machine are not given a public voice. "Sleeving" would be considered to be a very high end form of bio-augmenting. Osi-Corp, and other mega-corporations, can grow organs and body parts, for both health and cosmetic purposes, and they can also create whole new bodies, for the exceptionaly rich. cortical stacks do not exist, but if an in-tact human brain is salvageable, then it can be grafted into a fresh body, and re-animated. Mind-jacking would only be doable if a person had specific brain augmentations, but it is possible to hack, or otherwise tack control of a person's cybernetics. Hope that helps! [@Atrophy] You mean you're not doing cyber-punk Valorie Pierce? :'( [@MagratheanWhale] Po-Po is accepted! Feel free to add him to the CS Tab. [@Legion of TV Heads] Miranda is also accepted! Welcome aboard!
