The villain flinched as small, aggressive flames eagerly licked his arm and the knife held by it. He let out an annoyed growl as he placed his free hand on the arm and twirled the knife in his hand. The fire was heating him up, but he showed no signs of pain, or any attempt to avoid the fire at all. He just calmly kept his stance. Still keeping a threateningly close distance, his bloodshot eyes observed Nensu's fire eagerly. "Now this is a bit more interesting." He taunted. "Go on, burst into flames. Let's see how many of those ignorant bystanders you burn. Let's see how high the pile of ash stacks." Midoriya looked at the villain carefully. Nensu's snarl sharpened his senses, giving him a hint that Loma had already started to try crawling back up. This time there was no Yaoyorozu to knock her out(though knocking her out in this situation wasn't the best choice). There were the two of them against the vilain. Midoriya observed the villain twirl his knife, see the flames. He saw an opening. He cared not to hesitate. The green haired boy launched himself forward, cutting in between the two before the villain could grab his knife in a right position and stab the blade into Nensu. He placed his hands on the surprised villain's chest, and pushed him away with all his might. But before he was knocked any meters away, the villain's gloved hand grabbed on to Midoriya's arm tight. "...after I deal with your overly protective boyfriend." For a short moment, the scent of burning flesh spread in the air. Midoriya let out a sharp, desperate cey of pain, writhing in the spot as the villain held his arm firmly. When he let go, a burn mark like the man's hand remained on Midoriya's right arm.
