A chill, character focused, slice of life apartment/dormitory rp in a slightly strange city on a riverside, pegging Portland but slightly more rural feeling. This will be interaction driven and will rely heavily on relationship building between players and npcs. Think like writing a sitcom/mockumentary a la Friends or Parks and Rec. 

I'll give out a more detailed write up in the OOC once I gain enough interest, I'm also open to suggestions
