I think Hokum meant that anyone can contribute by adding their own ideas. Weeabooland with cat girls (totally not my idea)? Sure! Self-insert sonic OCs? Sure! That kind of thing.

I'll ask Hokum on discord if he checks it before RPG in the case I'm wrong, but I think that's more or less what he meant.
