Welp. The villain’s quirk was Entropy.
With the touch of his hand he csn hest up or cool down stuff in the price of doing the opposite to himself. The efficiency(touched object/himself) increases the longer he touches it, though not up to 100%.
He used it to heat up the utility knife(though for a short time, as the poor blade wouldn’t have stood it) and cool down himself from Nensu’s flames. Any more direct touches(like Midoriya’s case) could have been fatal.
But that doesn’t matter now, he got a kick and he’s gonna go to jail.
