As she picked herself up, she felt a bit lightheaded and dazed, not registering the sounds of people talking behind her. She snapped out of it once she felt the footsteps of the brute closing on her. She stood up, turning to face her opponent with bared claws. It was then she heard the pitter-patter of feet coming into hearing. She turned her head quickly, seeing a shadowy mass flying at her. Reacting on instinct alone, she ducked under its lunge. She wasn't as lucky with the second one, barreling right towards her, forcing her to catch it. It jerked around violently, snapping at her with it razor black teeth. It was then she remembered the brute as it loomed right on top of her. Thinking fast, she spun her body around, throwing the thrashing hound right at his face. He let out a painful roar as the monster now bit and scratched at his head. She then heard the charging of the hound she had dodged earlier and, filled with anger and annoyance, balled her fist and batted the monster into the air, sending it closer to the gunman and the copy man. She called her chain to her hand and began swinging it overhead. She let it loose, wrapping it around the brute's neck as it was still dealing with the hound. Planting her feet in the ground, she grabbed the chain with both hands and began pulling with all her strength.
