She had caught on that it was meant as a joke but it still made her extra wary of the captain. Everything he said as he explained the ship's controls, pointing and poking on different surfaces made her feel at ease. This was [i]her[/i] captain and she was receiving her orders for the first time. She could do anything with the information he gave her, choosing her own path across the sky. Sofie hugged herself in excitement and almost instantly straightened up. This was serious work and she was anxious of putting her knowledge to the test. [i]"Any questions, kids?" [/i] The captain cocked his head at them, grinning devilishly in the bright artificial light raining down upon him. Sofie sensed there was something not quite right about him but she brushed the thought off. There was no time to rely on her gut instincts when she was finally being handed something that she had wanted for so long.
