Super Name: The White Wolf(Never refers to himself by this name, it's simply what people have taken to calling him.)

Gender: Male

Powers: Enhanced speed, enhanced strength, enhanced reflexes. All of these allow Kaiba to move 3 times the normal speed of a regular well fit human, with the strength and reflexes to match. While able to perform far above the average, he is also prone to injury as his body, despite being enhanced, is still a regular human body at its core, and his bones can only take so much. He also has to eat incredible amounts of food to keep his body going, as he burns off significantly more energy than normal.

Suit equipment: Protective armor is a mix of ballistic absorbing materials and hard metal-ceramic plates. It is equipped with forearm-mounted blades, an integrated LADAR system, and the helmet contains an active HUD with night vision and thermal imaging systems built in. Kaiba himself carries a Monomolecular short sword over his right shoulder and a 12.7 mm pistol holstered on his left leg. Along the waist is a selection of pouches, in which Kaiba keeps ammunition, smoke grenades, and a range of high energy meal replacement bars.

How You Obtained Your Powers: After the first superhumans came into being, several deep level government agencies became increasingly worried that they would not be able to control a rising tide of super-powered people. So the 'Super-Killer' project came to be, men and women from various special forces groups were recruited in secret, then cybernetically and chemically enhanced, to ensure they would be able to keep up with anything that could feasibly surface. The process was heavily invasive and did not end well for several of the recruited members. Kaiba was intended to be a sort of Group Leader for the project and was by all accounts, a great choice, a natural leader with a strong moral center, and charismatic to boot. He had some of the highest scores in various tests and expressed a strong desire to protect people. He came out the other side as a sort of poster boy for the project.

Other: Kaiba never thought he or his team would actually be needed that often, with super-powered people in all parts of society, he had predicted that things would, on the whole, stay much the same, albeit with more people initially using their abilities for their own gains. Instead, more and more people started recklessly endangering themselves and others by acting as vigilantes! Worse, these people invited danger in the form of 'villains' two groups which were quickly classified as white and black capes, respectively. Kaiba was devastated, and atop this, the project he was an integral part of was axed, leaving him adrift in a world he knew could not contain itself. He took up the prototype equipment left over from the project and vowed he would carry out the original mission statement "Elimination of dangerous super-powered individuals in the interests of protecting a civilian population."




This turned out longer than expected.
